It is not uncommon to see families of deer in the mornings and afternoons while sitting on the covered front porch. I reside in the apartment that is attached to the home. It is completely independent of the home and has its own private entrance.

Guests do not have access to the basement or garages.

Other things to note
No smoking inside the home.
Quiet hours are from 11PM - 6AM
No parking on the street.
No visitors outside of registered guests unless I am made aware of who they are.
Guests must keep the inside spaces clean and clear of trash / debris during their stay.
No food is to be taken upstairs or kept in the bedrooms.
Any damages, spills marks on walls that occur must be reported to me immediately.
Dishes must be done daily.
Lights should be turned off when rooms are not in use.
Back doors must remain locked if children under 12 are staying in the home.
Constant supervision is required for children under 12 years old that visit the back yard where the pool is.
