Summary: The power went out for hours with no compensation. I had to get ready for a wedding and couldn’t iron, put on make up or anything. All customers received was’ I’m sorry’. I booked a queen and I swear the bed in the room was a full size… yes it was clean but not what I booked nor what I was expecting
