There is a Large Heated Salt-Water Pool, large covered lanai on a Salt-Water Canal with a covered Boat Dock. Dock your Boat or just sit on the deck water side. On the Lanai there is a very large covered sitting area, Summer Kitchen with a sink and grill, a Smart TV, lovely bamboo furniture and a Table which Seats Six. There are also four lounge chairs to sit and relax pool side. This Home also has Six Televisions, one in each bedroom, in the Den, in the living room and on the Lanai. This home is located within one mile of the European Village where there are many shops and restaurants. There are also many hiking and Biking Trails nearby as well as many stores and supermarkets.
