Renowned restaurants and sights are a short drive away. Located just one mile from Kennebunkport's Dock Square, this 3BR home (sleeps eight) offers classic Maine charm near a hub of activity. Walk or bike to nearby restaurants and shops.
Fitted with beautiful hardwood floors throughout as well as exposed brick, this spacious home has a sun-lit kitchen with butcher block island. The kitchen offers a well-equipped space to prepare meals—with a full suite of modern appliances, including a dishwasher. In the dining room, a large table offers a welcoming place to gather for meals. Warmed by a gas fireplace, the living room features a comfy sectional that accommodates five and a 52” flat screen TV. The sunroom offers a nice selection of toys, games, and children’s books. A mudroom and half-bath are added conveniences in the living area. A bonus room above the garage is perfect for entertaining featuring two full-size futons and an 80” flat screen TV with Sonos sound bar.
For a breath of fresh air, step onto the wooden deck through the sliding glass doors off the kitchen. There’s a grill, outdoor seating, and stairs that lead down to the lush backyard.
