Summary: The room was clean. The elevator to the 3rd floor needs a lot of work. Also, I requested an early check-in and was charged $25. Yet, upon arrival I was asked to take a seat that there were 3 people ahead of me and the front desk clerk was waiting on a room list from housekeeping. I would like to know how to get my $25 refund.
