All of the property is accessible except the rear shed. it is used for storage for the unit.
The weight machine is tarped off because it is not in use. Please leave it covered, feel free to use the bench and mat.

This is small community near the universities and downtown, it quiet and relaxed. You're able to park on the street freely, and there's a bus stop at the entrance.
A vehicle would be most recommended here due to the easy access to roads and highways available.
Please turn the fireplace off after use.
Smoking is not permitted in the home, no exceptions.
A late check out fee of $75 will be applied for any guests that do not leave by the reserved time unless previously discussed and agreed upon.
