All 3 bedrooms have walk-in closets and the master bedroom has 2 seperate walk-in closets. The kitchen has a passthrough window out to the lanai and all appliances are new and includes a seperate wine fridge to host your favorite wines.
The neighborhood has walking paths along the streets so you can safely enjoy your daily walks. We also have two cruiser bikes in the garage that you are weclome to use. You are minutes away from local restaurants, bars, shopping and Cape Coral's own Yacht Club Boat House open air restaurant & beach. Gulf access by boat is 7 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and another 20 minutes to the to the Gulf of Mexico.
