Travel Purpose: business

Positive: loved the house, loved the beds, loved how clean it was and the theme is amazing. the beds were great, linens were soft and the inside was amazing! they did a wonderful job with the theme and with the mattresses.

Negative: The only negative thing that will get to a lot of people that will rent this house, I was staying with my children for an event in the area; upon arrival there were 4 men outside around 11 pm and they were engaging in illegal activities. (smoking pot) I ignored it, kept my kids inside and got a shower and went to bed, well tried to. I had to call the property manager after midnight after asking the neighbors to please turn their radio down. The neighbors yelled at me, told me i wasn't from here and cursed me out for just asking to be able to get some rest. I had to be up at 6 am and at my event by 7 and I had drove from NC to Tallahassee and didn't arrive until 1030pm. The whole outside wreaked of marijuana and they would not stop smoking and my children were exposed to that. I understand that this is the neighbors and not this owner, but if the neighbors continue to engage in illegal activities, are so disgusting that people can not even sleep then this is going to be a problem. I had to threaten to call the cops to this home to get any rest, i did not feel safe leaving my personal belongings in my vehicle because of the nature of their activities and their behavior towards me, I did not feel safe with my children being outside the home without me present.
