The house offers a private new backyard with newly remodeled salt water pool and spa. The house offers beautiful marble design tiles all over the house, with beautiful marble design quartz countertops and back splash in the kitchen with a huge waterfall island. The living room includes a giant sized L-shaped comfortable couch that opens up into a queen sized bed! The dining room offers a large beautiful modern dining table that can sit up to 8 guests! The house offers free WIFI services and full utilities. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pot, pans, spices, cups, mugs, silverware, coffee machine and even a wine cooler with stocked wine!! The coffee machines offered include: Mr. Coffee Coffee machine and Keurig, please bring your own coffee and pods. The garage has been converted to the ultimate game room, fully air conditioned with a pool table, foosball table, chess table, TV and Xbox One with two controllers.
