The farmhouse is the main building with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for gatherings with an open floor plan and charming rustic decor. The first floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, primary bedroom (king bed), full bath and a sitting room that has a trundle couch that can accommodate two extra guests. Up the stairs you will find the additional three bedrooms (all with queen beds) and second full bath. The outdoor space is truly divine. There is plenty of outdoor seating and tables with/umbrellas on the brick patio. Make memories grilling, lounging on the patio, playing one of the many outdoor games, and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit.
Right across the way from the farmhouse is the charming cottage. The combination of the farmhouse and cottage is a great space for multiple groups and or/families to vacation together and perfect for wedding parties! It truly is setup to ensure ease, comfort and most of all fun! The cottage has a full kitchen and living area with a rollaway bed on the first floor. Upstairs is the primary/only full bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom. This bedroom connects to a peaceful balcony/deck that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
There's more! The game room in the barn is the cherry on top! You will be greeted into the first room where there is a fully equipped pool table and flat screen TV. Through the way there is an additional room with a bumper pool table and full refrigerator. Gather the crew, shoot some pool, pack up the fridge with your favorite libation and relax! If you need a break from pool, step right outside and place a game of horseshoes. There is a fenced in yard with steaks and horseshoes.
