This newly remodeled quaint home in the private community of Bent Tree has a full kitchen with open living space overlooking the golf course, with a game room with plenty of board games and an air hockey table. Relax and watch TV in the living room or in the privacy of the master bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms, the master with a king-size bed, tv and separate bathroom, the other two have 2 twin beds with plenty of closet space. The back deck is great for relaxing in nature with a view of the 6th fairway, while the front porch is cozy with a wooded front yard. From both you can view wildlife; wild turkey, deer (a lot) and even Bear!!! (PLEASE do not feed the wildlife)Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the house.

Bent Tree is a gated resort community. All guests will need to be registered in advance with the front gate to gain access. Guest will have access to everything with only a storage closet and crawl space off limits. The house is equipped with a smart lock and guests will be sent a personal access code prior to arrival for your security.
