Welcome to OCEAN BREEZE COTTAGE - UNIT C!
Newly constructed in 2020, this cottage has all the finishes and amenities you could hope for in a vacation rental. The cottage was designed to preserve the look and feel of the classic Old-Florida beach house that previously lined the beach-side streets of Mexico Beach all while incorporating new building codes and modern amenities.
Our cottage beach house has been tastefully decorated with beautiful, quality furnishings and equipment. The master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The cottage features vinyl luxury plank flooring throughout, gorgeous kitchen with GE appliances and quartz countertops. The cute backyard is small but fully fenced for privacy and features a brick paver patio with outdoor dining table and chairs, gas grill already hooked up to natural gas so need to worry about bringing charcoal or filling gas tanks. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The cottage is just steps away from the sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of the Forgotten Coast. This cottage is located beachside of Hwy. 98, so no crossing the highway while juggling your kids and beach gear. Also, located just a few streets over from the canal so plan on taking an evening stroll to watch the boats come in or walk to the beach west of the canal for the best shelling around.
The cottage is perfectly suited for a family vacation, romantic getaway or just a personal escape.

There is plenty to do around Mexico Beach, but you can also enjoy the quaint feel of the Forgotten Coast. Enjoy the nearby restaurants and shops across the street or just a short drive to Port St. Joe.
