Welcome to our guesthouse with shared driveway where you will have two designated parking spots in front of the house leading to a stone paved pathway on the south end which beckons you to the private entrance of the guest house.The inviting and appealing guest quarters include 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. Coastal inspired rooms contain one queen sized bed, the second with double-size daybed with twin trundle and the third dining room/living room with smart TV, stocked kitchen with floating shelves and stunning quartz countertops. An extra double size mattress is available in closet for your use. Extra towels, beach towels, linens, blankets and toiletries are provided.
The stunning and spacious patio extends the length of the house with inviting seating space and grill provided to enjoy your favorite meal. The paved pathway is surrounded by gardens of fresh herbs and vegetables (depending on the season) for the picking. This new guesthouse, our little slice of heaven, is located in the “World Famous Daytona Beach” with short walk to the “no-drive” area of the beach.
A Rubbermaid storage on the patio holds beach chairs, umbrella and toys. A garden hose is available on the south side of house to wash away any unwanted sand. An iron and vacuum are available in the guest quarters.
