Beach Music, a spacious 3600 sq. ft. One story home, is nestled across the street from the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico in the secluded subdivision of Gulf Pines. This wonderfully accommodating home is sure to delight with a spacious sunken living area outfitted with a designer matching sofa and love seat, a cozy over-sized chair, DVD player, and large flat-screen TV. The kitchen offers granite-tiled counters, updated appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals! There are eight bar stools along the breakfast bar. The dining room is just down the steps from the kitchen with a large dining table seating eight to ten. Also in the dining area is an entrance to the screened porch and outdoor area.
Each of the five bedrooms offers very nice bedding and flat-screen TV’s. Just up the steps from the dining room is the Master bedroom, which has an en-suite bath/shower combo, a double sink & vanity and a water closet. This bedroom also offers two direct accesses to the sundeck area as well. The elevated sundeck lets you make the most of the sunshine and breezes. The gated beach access is just a short walk to the west through the neighborhood Taj Mahal entrance. You can walk or drive your car over to the Taj Mahal. This neighborhood is a hidden gem with low traffic making it perfect for golf cart rentals which can be delivered right to your door.
On the other side of the Florida room, you will find a king bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bath/shower combo which contains a double sink and vanity. This bedroom has direct access to the Florida room and back patio area as well.
There are two more queen bedrooms that share a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom in between.
The fifth bedroom offers a separate retreat for the kids, with four twin beds, sleeper sofa, full bath with a shower, single vanity, and a separate entry to the outdoor area.
One of the highlights of this wonderful home is just up the stairs from the sundeck: an elevated sundeck to take in the Gulf views, sunrises, sunsets, or to just soak in the sun! Guests are able to park a maximum of 5 vehicles in the driveway per the HOA. Please inquire at our office for additional parking reccommodations. The homeowner has provided 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a beach wagon for your use! Guest are able to park a maximum of 5 vehicles in the driveway per the HOA. Additional parking is not available. Boats, Trailers and RVs are not allowed to be parked at this home.
On chillier days you can still enjoy the pool as it can heated at a cost of $50 per day plus tax. Pool heating must be purchased for the entire length of stay.
NO WEDDINGS OR OTHER EVENTS ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY OR AT ANY OF THE COMMUNITY COMMON AREAS.
