Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, this Crystal Beach home is set up for shared time without feeling crowded.
The setting
Located just a few houses back from deeded beach access in Destin’s Crystal Beach neighborhood, the home offers a balance of proximity and calm. Beach days are simple and spontaneous, without crossing busy roads, while the surrounding streets remain peaceful. When you’re ready to venture out, nearby shopping, dining, and family attractions are a short drive away and easily reached by car or the complimentary 6-passenger street-legal golf cart.
Living spaces
Inside the main house, an open layout brings the living, dining, and kitchen areas together so everyone can stay connected throughout the day. There’s room to relax with a movie, share meals, or settle into a quieter moment between outings. A second living area with a pool table adds a casual place for games and downtime. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support both relaxation and remote work needs.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re planning a full dinner or something simple after a long beach day. The dining area makes it easy to sit down together, while the grill outdoors offers another option for cooking and gathering.
Sleeping arrangements
The property sleeps up to 14 guests across two separate buildings, offering flexibility and privacy for larger groups or multiple families.
In the main house, there are two king suites, one with a private bathroom and one connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom to a bunk room with twin bunks. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.
The detached guest house sleeps six and includes a king suite with a bathroom and a bunk room with queen over queen bunks.
Outdoor living

The private pool is available for relaxing breaks between beach trips and can be heated by request for an additional fee during the seasonal October through May period.
