We are offering discounted stays for November 2025 while the pool is closed and undergoing renovation. You will love this condo! Our complex is gated with no public access nearby so the beach is seldom crowded. We supply beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, boogie boards.
We use a lockbox, all check-in and check-out is contactless. All laundry is done in hot hot water and dried on the highest heat. We recently added a REME-Halo Air purifier to our HVAC system. The REME-Halo kills up to 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses. The dual ionizers reduce airborne particulates (dust, dander, pollen, mold spores).

Our rental is a direct oceanfront condo on the 4th floor of Smyrna Beach Club with a private balcony overlooking the beach. It has been updated with great features. We are located on the Southern end of New Smyrna Beach on a NON-DRIVING BEACH. Granite countertops and wood cabinetry throughout, stainless steel appliances, travertine tile floors,.......you won't be disappointed. We have a king bed in the master, a queen bed with one set of twin bunks in the second bedroom. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

You really just need to bring sun block and your swim suit. Because it is located in the southeast portion of the building, it is a bright and sunny unit with views of the pool as well as the ocean. As a gated complex on a non-driving portion of the beach, you have less foot traffic thru the complex and the beach is always enjoyable. I have walked up and down the shore of New Smyrna and I have yet to find a better stretch of beach.
