Location is great as Beach Bikin is a short stroll over to the big multi level lagoon pool which was featured in the 2017 Southern Living Magazine. You will think you're in a carribean resort the minute you enter the lagoon pool area. You are also a short stroll (2 blocks) over to the beach access. Hungry? Well, you are also a short walk (100 yards) over to the Seacrest Town Square and Rosemary Beach Town Square where you will find some wonderful boutique shops, wine bars, coffee bars and fabulous restaurants for all budgets. There is a wonderful pizzeria, a brew pub that serves all the local 30A Beers on tap, a wonderful new Mexican cantina called Loca, Cowgirl Kitchen, Edwards Seafood Restaurant, and the famous Sugar Shack candy store all just a short stroll from the house. This 4 bedroom, 3 story home sleeps up to 12 in beds plus there is a bonus loft area in the third floor crows nest perfect for 2 more using the murphy bed. This home boasts a gorgeous "Chef's Kitchen" with stainless appliances, amazing marble counters and a separate ice machine for filling coolers. Beautiful hardwood floors and warm beachy decor make this home a perfect spot for your next family vacation and large enough for two families to share.
There is a wonderful attached screened patio for those who wish to dine outside or for morning coffee and paper. Lots of outdoor seating as well on the various porches and the third floor crow's nest too. Some amazing views up there as long as you do not have a fear of heights as the very cool spiral staircase will lead you to the nest!!
