The Space:
Baby Blue is an adorable, newly renovated house very close to Germantown and to UofL. The house sits on a quiet residential street with easy access to the parkway and many local attractions.
This house is the perfect layout for families or groups traveling together! Guests enter into the cozy living room with sofa, chairs, and ROKU TV. This home has a beautiful fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. Beyond the living room is the eat-in kitchen. A dining room table for 6 sits in a bay window. The newly finished kitchen with modern appliances is fully stocked for your cooking needs. There is a back door in the kitchen that leads to a large, private back yard. We have a back deck with a table and chairs.
The first floor features a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo; and also has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.
The second floor master suite is to-die-for and features a queen bed, a huge 10x12 walk in closet and a beautiful spa-like bath with a jetted tub and a walk in shower.
The washer and dryer are in the basement for your convenience and longer stays.

The house is located in the Bradley neighborhood of Louisville, just north of the airport and with easy interstate access. You'll also be just a few minutes south of Old Louisville and Downtown. The neighborhood itself is very walkable and there are many restaurants and local hot spots within a few minutes of the home.
