AWD or 4WD vehicles are advised to drive up the driveway and park next to the home. 2WD vehicles can park at the turn out or the base of the driveway. During winter weather storms, it's advised to move vehicles to the bottom of the driveway near the road to easily exit after the storm concludes.
-LONGER-TERM STAYS - We welcome work from home and longer-term stays of 30+ nights. The home has a dedicated work space and hard wired WiFi for your work from home productivity. Please contact us to discuss any questions about longer term stays.
-ROAD ACCESS: The roads leading to the mountain view home are not overly steep and are easily accessible almost every day of the year by any vehicle. AWD and 4WD is recommended during any time of year. During/after winter storms, there may be icy spots on the approach roads and the driveway. AWD and 4WD is especially recommended during inclement winter weather.
-SNOW PLOWING (roads and parking): The HOA typically plows the roads after snow storms conclude. We unfortunately cannot guarantee when the roads will be plowed, however with 4WD you can generally get around.
-WILDLIFE: Deer, turkey, bears, squirrels, owls, raccoons, and other wildlife are frequently seen around the home. Please enjoy and respect the wildlife in this beautiful setting!
