Great place for spring break and 40 minutes from all theme parks. Nested back in a more private area in Merritt Island with few nabors. Also, right at the end of the road is a nature preserve with lots of hiking trails, horseback riding trails, and kayaking! Great chance to see manatees! We also rent kayaks! Have 5 on site!
