There are two free parking spaces on pavers outside the bungalow. The location is perfect with restaurants and entertainment nearby. Oversize 2 car garage available for a fee which is perfect for Bike Weeks, etc.
The bungalow is a duplex and this unit is in the back of the property and allows for privacy. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, designated workspace and television. It also has 2 closets with storage. The bathroom has a good size wall in shower, new vanity, lights, fixtures and towels. The living area has a full pull out couch, a loveseat and a television.
