Very light and airy open floor plan with views on all sides of lush tropical plantings. The kitchen area doors open completely onto the lanai creating lovely indoor/outdoor space. Ceiling fans in lanai help to keep it cool. The lanai looks out to a private newly landscaped back yard with seating and a dining table that seats 8. There is a new hot tub tucked away in a very private corner of the yard. (If you would like to use the hot tub, there is an additional charge to get the hot tub up and running for you.)
