The impressive main floor kitchen boasts beautiful custom cabinetry and a suite of full-size appliances. The covered front porch welcomes you to morning coffee, while the back deck comes furnished with a gas grill and lounge seating for home cookouts or casual outdoor leisure. With bedrooms and bathrooms located on all 3 levels you are sure to find a spot for everyone.
Sapphire Ski Valley and a bounty of year-round activities, along with shops, gem mines, and restaurants are all within easy reach of this picturesque Carolina mountain cabin. Situated on eight private acres, this secluded escape overlooks the scenic rock faces of Lonesome Valley, with the Blue Ridge Mountains just beyond. Access to tons of awesome community amenities including a pool, tennis courts, and a sauna add even more vacation value to your stay.
THINGS TO KNOW
-The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
