This dramatic, well appointed log home is an authentic mountain retreat. The design and dramatic log accents will bring the feeling of the great outdoors in to you. The spectacular log home is located on a wonderfully secluded lot on the 1st fairway of Keystone's famed River Course golf course. It features 6 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, state of the art entertainment room with high tech electronics and finishes. There's a private hot tub and huge southfacing deck overlooking the golf course and nordic trails. This beautiful home has 2 primary suites, four additional bedrooms and the highest finishes and designer furniture throughout. It's a great mountain luxury retreat.
The first level of the home has 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed, TV, private full bathroom with jetted tub, glass shower, and double sinks. The other downstairs bedroom has 2 twins, full bath in hall. Down the hall is the large family room with wet bar, mini fridge, TV Theater with DVD, Stereo system, and surround sound. There is a fireplace to keep it cozy, and also a selection of books, games, and DVD's. The house has a great design so the first level can be accessed via two separate stairways.
The Main level of this exquisite home has another living area with another TV theater area with flat screen, 5- disc DVD, and stereo system. The dining area has a large grand table to seat 8, and another 4 seating at the bar for comfortable dining for 12. The gourmet kitchen is well supplied with double ovens, Keurig, culinary utensils, pots, pans, serveware, crockpot, etc. There is a large covered deck off the main level with outdoor table and seating for 6, gas grill, and views of the 1st Fairway at the 150 yard mark.
The main level primary bedroom is fit for a king with a private deck and golf course views, King bed, private spa -like bathroom with jetted tub, separate 2-person glass shower, and double sinks. Up a small flight of 5 stairs is the large kids den, with 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundles, couches, TV, Nintendo Gamecube and games, a perfect hang out area.
The top level of the home has a sitting area with desk accompanied by 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and full bathrooms.
There is a 2 car garage and a wonderful large backyard area with private outdoor hot tub and patio. Views of the mountains, aspen and pines , golf course fairway / the cross country ski trail in the winter. Washer Dryer on first level.
