POOL IS CLOSED! (most likely all of 2023 due to hurricane damage). Our beach access stairs are also closed, but beach access is 1 building to the North. But this is the situation in most buildings in Daytona.
What's your favorite movie? Come stay in this comfy studio and re-watch an old favorite or find a new one in the extensive dvd collection. Step right up to our popcorn bar and make a gourmet treat to munch on during the show.
Enjoy your stay in this efficiency condo in the Daytona Beach Club beachfront building with 5th floor balcony view of the Ocean & A1A. Studio apartment. Gorgeous pool area. New King-size hybrid bed and a comfy recliner sofa. Onsite laundry, elevators, and covered garage parking. 1 parking pass. No trailers.
ENTERTAINMENT: Board games are available & new 58" smart tv can access your streaming services. There is also a dvd/blue ray player and an extensive movie collection of all genres (look in the drawers too). Private Wifi login (not shared)
The building was built in 1970, so it has a retro-charm, but if you're expecting brand-new construction, we're not it :) I don't want to call it old because my birthday might be really close to the building's :)
PARKING: The building has a parking garage on the 1st and 2nd floor and there is an elevator and stairs at each end of the building. Laundry room is on the 1st floor on your way out to the pool area. All common areas are accessed by a master key which will be in your room when you check-in. One parking pass is included and there is public beach parking next door (not overnight)
KITCHEN: Apartment sized stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a medium fridge with separate freezer (yay! ice cream!). In the cabinets you'll find all the pots, pans, and dishes you need to stay in and cook (or hit one of the many great restaurants in the area)

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and must be over the age of 21
-A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!
