We live in a QUIET neighborhood so no loud music nor loitering around in the area.
Park your car like a good citizen in the driveway and/or the side street.
Please no trespassing into other people’s yard/property. Plus it’s just weird.
2 backyard Patios can be used for entertaining. Upstairs patio is wood and downstairs is cement.
No smoking inside of the home. If you decide to smoke outside of the home, you risk a smoke removal fee if secondhand smoke enters the home and furnishings. If evidence of smoke smell and droppings in the home, there will be a surcharge.
If you are careless with your disposal of smoking, or it becomes excessive then we RESERVE the right to ask you to please find another location outside of our property to continue with your habit.
Again, Collier Heights is a QUIET, historical neighborhood within the perimeter of North West Atlanta. Most residents have resided here since the the civil rights movement and have passed their properties to their relatives and children.
Most neighbors are well acquainted and are vigilant observers and trust our judgment about who we choose to host.
