This delightful and spacious four-bedroom, three and a half bath town-house, which includes an efficiency suite over the garage, provides plenty of room for larger families and groups. Owner’s bedroom is downstairs with other bedrooms upstairs. Double sided gas fireplace between dining and living areas provides warmth in the cooler months. Additional loft area has beautiful views to the lake behind the house. The efficiency suite has a separate entrance from the main house and contains a kitchenette with full bath, queen size bed, and sitting area. Scenic and large pavered front patio area has a dining table with additional seating. One-car garage, gated community, and a second pavered patio area off back of house are true bonuses for this tropical delight! Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This property is not ADA compliant. One half of garage and owner's closet inside loft above garage is excluded from tenant's use.
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to . Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.
