Spacious three-bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse in a quiet gated community has plenty of room for the family. Owner’s bedroom is downstairs with other bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy the tropical breeze from the large beautiful pavered front patio area with outside dining table and additional seating! Or from the pavered patio behind the house as you enjoy the lake view. Double sided gas fireplace between dining and living areas provides warmth and ambience. Dining area has large dining table for creating family memories at mealtime. Loft area has beautiful views to the lake and can be a game area or study. One-car garage included! Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This property is not ADA compliant. One half of garage and loft above garage is excluded from tenant's use.

Guest Access:
On the day of check-in you will receive lockbox access instructions at 3:00 PM.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award-winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award-winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities (all subject to COVID restrictions). The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For pet approval, please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays of 6 months or more. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and/or chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have options for every budget starting at $25.
