Spacious three-bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse in a quiet gated community has plenty of room for the family. Owner’s bedroom is downstairs with other bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy the tropical breeze from the large beautiful pavered front patio area with outside dining table and additional seating! Or from the pavered patio behind the house as you enjoy the lake view. Double sided gas fireplace between dining and living areas provides warmth and ambience. Dining area has large dining table for creating family memories at mealtime. Loft area has beautiful views to the lake and can be a game area or study. One-car garage included! Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This property is not ADA compliant. One half of garage and loft above garage is excluded from tenant's use.
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to . Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended.
