It is a 3-bedroom home that sleeps 10 with a King Bed in the main bedroom, Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a bunk and day bed in the 3rd bedroom plus a pull-out sofa in the living room. This home has been redone to include a high-end upscale kitchen with state-of-the-art stainless appliances, quartz countertops, white cabinets, a stainless farm sink, and a nice sized island. Luxury Vinyl Plank coastal flooring throughout, renovated bathrooms with skylights, walk-in showers, and soaking tub. The dining room table has seating for 10 for the family to enjoy meals together. Extra large smart tv in the Livingroom with an electric fireplace under it. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart tvs.
The living room is open to the backyard oasis fully fenced, private and private. It features a kidney shaped heated pool with a lounging deck, comfortable seating. an outdoor table, outdoor kitchen area with a GE profile built in grill, and a fireplace for cooler night enjoyment. There is a half bath right off of the pool area and an outdoor shower.
This Coastal retreat is just 2 blocks from a private entrance for Folly Field guests or the public entrance at Folly Field Beach Park. It is close to Port Royal golfing, and just up the street from the Westin Resort where you can enjoy the heavenly spa. like pool. The pool cannot be heated January or February or when temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
Hilton Head bike trails cover over 50 miles on the island. This is the perfect destination. for golfing, pickleball and tennis.
