Vacation Rental: Spring through fall 2023!
This Sandbridge Beach vacation cottage rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
4 pm check-in with a 10 am check-out. Adults renting this cottage through VRBO must be the adults staying in the cottage and be at least 25 years of age to book this cottage. Proof of ID through VRBO messaging is a must. I do not accept rental agreements made by a third party for others.

The Island Pizza and Oyster Restaurant is next door to the Sandbridge Market at the beginning of Sandbridge. Fresh donuts and muffins every morning at the market.
***THE BEACH! 5 minutewalk from your cottage, across the street from your Surfside Resort on White Cap rd.
The Little Island Park and Pier is a short bike ride or golf cart ride (Make a right out of the resort and right past the condos on the left) or you can walk there too -about 8-10 mins. You can surf to the left of the pier. The only authorized location in your vacation area aside from the north end.
Note: Pools will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
This property has an on-site concierge that makes for smooth sailing for the check-in and check-out process and any emergent issues in between.
Aside from various water sports, you can enjoy many different activities in the resort including tennis/pickleball, basketball, volleyball, a resort boat ramp, a brand-new custom children's park, a fitness center, and more.
Do you like to fish? Surf? Paddle Board? Kayak? Bike? Run? Walk? The clubhouse and boat ramp area provide an area to fish off the back bay. You will need to get a fishing license for both the back bay (brackish water) and the ocean. If you prefer pier ocean fishing, you can pay the Little Island pier attendant a few dollars and your fishing license is included. There are parking kiosks at the Little Island Pier Parking lot. There are also picnic shelters, picnic tables, and an amazing children's park near this pier. we have beach lifeguards all summer for your safety.
Surfside at Sandbridge Resort is situated at 3665 Sandpiper Rd. in Virginia Beach. As you pull into the resort parking lot you will find newly surfaced tennis/pickleball courts on your right and a newly updated clubhouse adjoined with the front pool and bathhouses. The bottom floor of the clubhouse has a bathhouse that includes a male and female sauna, showers, and a gym. You can access them through each male/female bathhouse. Children under 18 must accompany an adult when using the resort facilities. The resort boat ramp is on your left. Yes! You can bring a small boat or jet skis! Please message me for the parking size details before you bring your boat. The boat/jetski trailer and vehicle must appropriately fit in our parking space on our cottage parking spot. Parking on the grass is not permitted in the resort. This cottage can either have two-car parking or a vehicle and a small boat trailer and golf cart.
Your outdoor deck is about 100 steps from the Back Bay which is an excellent place to enjoy coffee prepared in your cottage or walk next door to the Baja Coffee Company which opens from 6:30 am to 2 pm. In the evenings, Baja Restaurant transforms into a coastal dining experience and entertainment venue. Bands, DJs, Music Bingo, Dodgeball, Karaoke, and more.
The resort has 2 laundry rooms with 2 washers and 2 dryers in each facility. Both facilities come with male and female bath houses, making that 3 sets on the grounds. The laundry machines take Samsung Pay, Apple, Pay, Credit cards, and quarters. They are immaculately kept. The laundry room closest to you has a beach volleyball net and a brand new "Surf themed" playground for children.
Kelly, our Concierge, is a resident and provides a 5-star service from check-in to check-out. She will treat you like family and send you a "To Do" message on VRBO when you book one of our cottages which includes local restaurants, and fun things to enjoy for you and your family during your stay.

Once you enter your cottage, you will stroll into:
-Room #1 – Living room/dining room/kitchen combo includes a LARGE Includes Fire App flat-screen TV with a four-seater dining room table and two pub chairs at the counter. Fully stocked kitchen with dishware and cookware. We gift our vacationers coffee for their stay. There is a pot coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, a soda stream, an air fryer, a full-size stove, and oven, a microwave, an ice machine, and a full-size fridge and freezer for your needs.
-Room #2 – Bunk Room for kids. Includes a Fire App flat-screen TV. Sleeps 3
-Room #3 - Full Bathroom includes tub, shower, toilet, and sink with mirror.
Room #4 Hallway with full-size appliances to include a stackable private washer and dryer. You can fit about 5-6 items of clothing or 2-3 beach towels to wash or dry at a time.
Room #5 - Main Adult bedroom with a queen bed and lots of closets and storage. Includes a Fire App flat-screen TV and cable TV in this room.
Room #6- The extended double loft and stairway
This is an overflow area for children and guests to be used as you need to.

Amazon Now delivers groceries and Whole Foods to the front gate within 2 hours. Instacart delivers from several popular grocers too. If you want to find something in a pinch, Sandbridge Market near the Fire Dept, at the north end has everything you need, including homemade donuts made fresh every morning. Our local shopping area, Red Mill District, is about 15 mins away from Sandbridge and has every store, restaurant you can imagine, and movie theater.
COVID 19 INFO ON OUR RENTALS:
We will require all guests to bring sheets, blankets, and towels for their stay to prevent the spread of COVID or anything else to our concierge, cleaning crew, and future guests who check in behind you. However, you can rent towels and bedding at the link listed in the description ahead of your stay. Our cleaners deep clean and sanitize and make your cottage "hotel ready" for your stay. Check out our Local State Website for current COVID regulations for the state of Virginia.
The cottage provides a starter roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and trash bags. You will be required to purchase or bring these with you once you run out. The local Sandbridge market normally carries these items but during COVID it is safer to bring them with you from home in case of shortages. Please put your trash on the street in front of the cottage no later than 10 am daily for our staff to pick it up for you.
Requirements: Must be 25 yrs of age to book (Proof of ID), you cannot book this cottage for another person if you are not staying in the cottage, this a NON-SMOKING Unit, No Parties are allowed, No Pets Allowed, Maximum adult occupancy is 2 adults plus up to 4 children. For children under age 2, please bring a portable sleeping arrangement and a portable high chair. No additional overnight guests are allowed. This cottage is not baby safe. Please supervise your children during your stay. Kids must be accompanied by an adult on the grounds and cannot operate a golf cart unless they are at least 16 yrs old with a driver's license. No exceptions.
