This impressive 2 bedroom executive home comfortably sleeps 4 and accommodates up to 5 people with a twin air mattress upon request. It is located within walking distance to Levi Stadium. It has central heat and air conditioning, designer's color scheme, large screen TVs, and modern & updated kitchen & bathrooms. The home boasts a long driveway, gourmet kitchen with quartz, stainless steel appliances, and new cabinetry.
The space itself is comfortably furnished and a perfect landing pad for travelers with a small family or executives who want a relaxing home to return to that's close to all the fun of Santa Clara County. The home is a short distance to many of Silicon Valley's start-up and global technology companies including Intel, Oracle, Cisco, and Google's North San Jose campus, and is nestled in a safe neighborhood.
This two bedroom home is the front half of the main house on the property. There is another two bedroom home annexed to the back of the main house, and it is on a shared plot with a secondary AirBnB suite in the back of the property. You will be sharing the driveway with other guests. However, the 2 BR home has its own private entry and doorway.

The house is centrally located and is only a 10-20 minute drive from major hot spots like San Pedro's Square where you can grab an international bite to eat in the outdoor plaza (foodies love this place) or shop at boutiques along swanky Santana Row. This home is also close to Alviso Marina County Park if you want to explore nature - hiking, biking & bird-watching are popular activities at this bayside park with paths & boardwalks.
Santa Clara County a sprawling metropolis. You should plan to have a car for your visit, or else hail a taxi, Lyft, or UBER which is easily accessible from the house. There is plenty of street parking available, as well as a long driveway to park your car! If you prefer public transit, the public bus is 0.6 miles from the house, on the corner of Agnew and Mission Blvd.

This unit is conveniently located in the middle of Silicon Valley and is only 15 minutes from Mineta San Jose International Airport. Although the house has double paned windows, good sound insulation and SJC Airport has a curfew (no flights between 11pm and 6:30am), due to the proximity to the airport this unit is not suitable to light sleepers or to those sensitive to airplanes that may pass overhead.
Please bring your own ear plugs or inform us so that we can provide ear plugs for you.

CHECKING IN/OUT:
1. We offer keyless entry at this home! You can check-in privately and independently any time between 4PM-11PM. Please notify us if you would like to arrange an early check in and we will do our best to accommodate.
2. Check out time is at 10AM. We have a strict professional cleaning schedule, and lingering guests could cause our cleaners to miss the unit cleaning for the next guests. Late check-outs will be charged a $30 per hour late fee against the security deposit. Please advise us ASAP should you see the possibility of late check out.
GENERAL GUIDE:
1. Guests must be aged 25 or older. Nobody under the age of 25 is permitted to be at the property without a 25-or-older guest also present.
2. Children 3 and older count as additional guests. Please submit your inquiries for the proper number of guests.
3. Guest may be required to sign a separate rental agreement with the property manager upon check-in.
4. Only guests at check-in time are allowed to use the rental premises during the rental time. No additional guests other than stated (and paid for) in the original reservation are allowed. Each violation incurs a $30 extra charge per guest per night.
5. Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking via AirBnB are allowed to stay at the property.
6. No parties or loud noises are allowed.
7. For the health and safety of all our guests, we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind inside the home at any time. If any signs of smoking or any smell is detected an automatic $250 deduction will be made from the security deposit. The host shall have the final say in any smoking-related incidents.
8. Please do not remove owner's personal property. If decor, towels, linens, etc. are found missing you will be charged the replacement fee plus an hourly labor rate of $50/hr to replace these items.
9. If there are any property, furnishings, or linen issues in need of attention, please contact us and let us know so we can address these items asap.
10. Failure to follow house rules may result in an automatic $100+ charge against the security deposit.
11. Guests agree to be reasonable if there happen to be any glitches and understand this is not a hotel with a full-time staff. The host will do everything possible to make the guests experience a great one, but in case there is a problem the guest agrees to work with the host and/or cleaning service to resolve it amicably (within 24 hrs). No refunds will be given if the guests are not reasonable in their approach.
12. Guests are responsible for keeping the space clean and in order. We expect guests to respect the home and treat it with care. We strive to bring you and all future guests an excellent experience!
13. For monthly rentals: The guest agrees to be billed back and pay any electric charges beyond $300/month. Oftentimes the bill may not arrive until after checkout, in which case we will contact you with any overages, which must be paid upon presentation.
