The options are endless in this fabulous location!
Living / Dining Space
From the driveway, walk up a full flight of stairs to the front deck and main entrance. Enter into an open concept living and dining area. The living area has a comfortable sleeper sofa, over-sized ottoman, and Smart TV (with Sling TV, no traditional cable). The dining area has a round wooden table with seating for 5-6. Small nook off the dining area has a writer’s desk and chair surrounded by windows adorned with plantation shutters.
Kitchen
The remodeled kitchen has striking black granite counters, white cabinets and appliances that include an Amana gas range, and a breakfast counter with two bar stools at the kitchen-dining pass-through.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1:
Down the hallway from the kitchen and living/dining area in the main house is the main bathroom and primary bedroom with an upholstered queen bed, ample closet space and beautiful hardwood floors.
The bathroom has a single vanity, stacked washer/dryer, and shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #2:
Overnight visitors? Invite them to stay out back in the comfortable detached guest cottage with a queen bed, night stand, Smart TV (with Sling TV programming, not traditional cable), and bathroom with a tiled standing shower.
Outside
Connecting the main cottage to the guest cottage is a lovely stone-paver walkway and patio, complete with outdoor seating, fire pit table, propane gas BBQ grill, beautiful succulents, and Pacific Ocean views. Whether you wish to enjoy the sunset from the back patio or on the front deck with bistro style seating, you won’t be disappointed with all that “June Bug” has to offer.
Off-street parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Garage is not available for guest use.
