With a coastal chic interior, our home is the perfect place to experience the elegance of Sea Island, on Saint Simons. The main level has rustic white wood floors that guide you to the rest of the living space. Off the entry way is a half bathroom and an informal modern dinning area. The main living space is filled with natural light, a extra large cozy sectional for the whole family, a smart tv, and an aesthetic only fireplace. The living space flows into the more formal dinning area with a vast dinning table which host 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped including a double oven, gas range and griddle, a stand alone ice maker, and a coffee station.
Accessible off the dinning space though glass double doors is a private pool with four lounge chairs and two adirondack chairs. The outdoor patio has four chairs surrounding a solo stove perfect for roasting s'mores over on a summer night. The remainder of the back yard has a secret garden ambiance and a lemon tree. An iron gate leads to a fenced in area with plenty for grass for yard games and a garden pathway which leads back to the pool. The backyard also hosts a separate guest/mother-in-law suite newly renovated. This suite has an open floor plan living/dinning space with a pull out couch, kitchen with all miniature appliances, a full bathroom, and bedroom with a king bed.
The elegant master bedroom is located on the main level with access to the back patio, a smart tv, two swivel reading chairs, and an ensuite bathroom. The well-appointed master ensuite has a separate toilet room, jetted bathtub, separate glass shower, two vanities, and a huge walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are located in the master bathroom.
Upstairs are two bedrooms a joined by a jack-and-jill bathroom. Both bedrooms have two queen beds, a closet, and a smart tv. Each bedroom has a vanity and toilet, but share a shower/tub space.
The Sea Palms Resort has a golf course, driving range, and golf shop. Reservations can be booked online or by calling Guest Services of Sea Pams. If you enjoy the beach, it's a short 15 minute drive to Coast Guard Station Beach access.
