Views of the Marsh, Views of Scott Creek, Views of Big Bay Creek and the Sunsets - WOW! The home is on the end of Jungle Shores -quiet and private and only a block and 1/2 to the beach. Under the house is a sitting area with table and chairs and the large enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. The 1st floor is the main level with the Great Room (LR, DR, Kit), and the 1st BR. This bedroom has Queen bed. On this floor is a Hall Bath (tub/shower combo). Off the Great Room is the first of 2 marsh view covered decks with plenty of seating plus a picnic table. Upstairs is the hall laundry room and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Master Bedroom is the left with the 2nd covered deck and private bath with whirlpool tub and stall shower. To the right down the hall are the other two bedrooms one with a Queen & private bath and the other with a Queen bed and Bunk (sleeps 4) and bath. Pet friendly with fee. Cable and internet service provided. No Smoking. Linens are not included.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday in the summer (only) and holidays.
