With a private pool and spa, game room, 4 king suites, and a short walk to the beach, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The private pool (24' x 12') and spa can be accessed from the front staircase, or through the sliding glass doors off the kitchen. The fenced-in pool deck includes sun loungers, a dining table, a seating area, and a gas grill.
Inside the main level, you'll find an open-concept living area with a fully stocked custom kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, gas range, second fridge/freezer, and a standalone ice maker—perfect for those hot summer days! The living room includes ample seating, a smart TV, fireplace, and sliding glass doors leading to the pool deck. Enjoy meals or family game nights around the large custom dining table.
