The space
This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an attached bath while the second full bath is located next to the guest bedrooms in the hallway. The back deck is ready to be enjoyed with ample outdoor seating, a large umbrella, BBQ grill, and hot tub! The front deck has two seating areas with comfy chairs and plenty of outdoor space.

The first guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room has two twin beds. The second guest room also has direct deck access.
We provide all bed linens, towels, and also stock shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are also some beach accessories: towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart to haul it all. An outdoor shower is available so you can rinse the sand off after your beach visit!
The living room has a Smart TV with Youtube TV for live viewing or the streaming platform of your choice. There are also Smart TVs in the master and twin (kids) bedrooms. We offer ultra high speed (1.2GBPS) wifi to ensure that streaming or video calls are seamless.
Kitchen is updated with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots/pans, and cutlery. We also provide coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar.
The dining table seats 6 guests and there are barstools available at the kitchen counter for more seating or casual meals.
Living Room - One large sofa and a comfortable chair all with plentiful window views and Smart TV.
Dedicated workspace in the entryway for those working from home.
Beach gear provided- beach towels, beach chairs, wagon.
