We are minutes to wedding venues, distilleries, wineries, 10 min Downtown Dripping Springs, 20 Minutes to Austin.
Very spacious open plan with large bedrooms, huge back porch, large back lawn. Excellent space for small family gatherings, Bbq, lawn games, tree swing. Mosquito curtains and sun shades make the back porch a comfortable space year round. Try coffee on the front porch by the fountain! Everything you need for a relaxing visit is provided. Need something special? Just ask!
Everything except the supply closet and the garage are available.

This is a very quiet neighborhood. Please keep noise down and limit activities after hours. Dripping Springs has lots of breweries, distilleries, and some wineries, lots of restaurants in Belterra Village, and some amazing Bbq at Salt Lick and Treaty Oak. Several good pizza places, too. If you want to hike or swim, there are lots of places within 30 minutes of the house. Check out Reimers Ranch, Pedernales state park, Barton Springs, Krause Springs, Deep Eddy, Hamilton Pool, and McKinney Falls.
Uber is your friend! If you have a special occasion and would like to have shuttle service, please contact the owner.
Cat: Please do not let the cat come in the house. She lives in the Garage and has plenty of food and water.
Dog owners: We have food and water bowls in the pantry, and we have a nice big dog run on the side of the house. Thanks to all who asked!
Our commitment to cleanliness: We air out the house, run an ion air cleaner, clean and sanitize all the bedding, including covers, and thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces including light switches and door knobs. Your safety is our concern. Please leave the house as clean as possible, take out the trash, and take any leftover food with you to help keep our cleaning costs low.
