This pristine Beachwood unit is perfect for a family get-away. Just steps away from the beach make this a perfect location! On the main level, you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. All new stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Living room opens up to a patio where we are sure you will enjoy your morning coffee or an outdoor dinner. There is also a half bath downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King and an in-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom also has a King with an in-suite bathroom, and there are 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom, which also has an in-suite bathroom. Aside from the beach access being directly across the street, you have 2 pools to enjoy on this property. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for our two families to stay while I attended a conference at the Omni Hotel. The property is nestled in a beautiful shaded, wooded area just steps from the Omni, the lovely shaded pool, and many of the fun amenities on the property, including the putt putt course, the many shops and restaurants and the Nature Center on property. It's also directly across the street from the boardwalk to the beach. In short, it was perfectly located. And the home itself was so comfortable and well laid out, it was the perfect setting for some old friends to get together and cook, play board games, watch TV and chat in the kitchen, living, and dining areas. We loved that all the bedroom areas were upstairs, it made it easy to put the kids to bed and then hang out for a bit downstairs after, and also all of the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were roomy and extremely well-appointed and comfortable. Truly this property has everything we needed, including a nice large grassy area beyond the back patio for the kids to run around and play while the adults had a drink on the back patio loungers or picnic table. Would absolutely love to return here.
