Summary: This property was in an amazing location. literally the home is on the boardwalk and just steps to the sand. There are a few things that I would like to mention - first, the garage that they state is for a small or medium size car is actually designed for the size of a mini cooper, a medium car like mine would not fit at all, this should be changed on their description. I was able to park on Balboa Blvd for free, but that gets tricky, and the neighbor was so kind to give me advice on this. Also, the beds (3) are all very uncomfortable; it's like they bought the cheapest beds possible. The 2 twins rolled around the entire room whenever you moved on the bed, which made for a restless night's sleep. The queen was hard as a rock. The kitchen items were very sparse. Oddly, standard kitchen staples like. a colander and cookie sheet were not provided i'm pretty sure all of the utensils were purchased at the dollar store and very cheap. Despite the above the location was incredible. If you like to cook I would recommend bringing some of your own staples.
