Welcome to the Salty Sunset Condo! This 1100 sf unit has two bedrooms and two baths overlooking the Intracoastal waterway on Callalisa Creek. We are on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with a carport on the first floor for convenient parking. With a kitchen equipped with the essentials and the grocery store less than a mile away, you will enjoy cooking with your family while looking over the creek and watching the abundant wildlife. Our floors are set with beautiful tile and the bedrooms have new wood laminate floor that allow for easy care. There is high speed internet throughout the unit with TV’s in each room. The amenities include a clubhouse that features a pool table, ping pong table, full kitchen, bathrooms and showers. Boat dock is not included in the rental. Marker 33 is a short mile walk to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and Flagler Ave. Some of our favorites: Norwoods, The Garlic, Riverview and the Breakers….many more to explore!
