The Space:
Welcome home! Guests will enter through the front door using a convenient digital door code. As you step inside, the cozy living room awaits on your right, featuring a queen sleeper sofa, SmartTV, and additional seating for your comfort. Continuing through the living room, a hallway leads you to the back of the house.
The fully-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures and is perfect for preparing meals. Gather around the farmhouse table in the dining room, which features two bench seats, for enjoyable meals together.
On the main level, you'll find two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king bed and a twin bed, while the second room provides a queen bed. A full bathroom is also conveniently located on this level.
The stairs near the front door lead up to the charming loft area, where you'll discover two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom offers two queen beds, and the second bedroom features a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Another full bathroom is available upstairs for your convenience.
Step outside to the backyard, where a spacious open green space awaits. Relax on the covered patio or gather around the table and chairs just off the porch to enjoy the serene surroundings.

Please note that the loft area is sometimes warmer than the first level. We are working to fix this ASAP but cannot guarantee that the two levels of the home will be the same.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
