The house is divided, and one side is currently rented but it has own entrance and there are not shared spaces just the parking space. Lanai and gazebo will be exclusively for you and your guests. Our home is located within ten minutes of that. We are located 10 minutes away from Englewood beach, Tiki bars, kayaking tours, boat rentals, and more. It is also located 11 minutes’ drive to Stump Pass Park, which is a beautiful long and secluded beach at the end of Manasota key where you can shell, explore, and enjoy the view of both paths. Olde Englewood Village and West Dearborn street are also nearby. You will also be able to find grocery stores and restaurants within 3 minutes’ drive and at the same time enjoy the cozy small house that is located in a very, very quiet and nice neighborhood.
Our home is a two-bedroom house. The master bedroom has queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower. There is a smart TV in the living room and in the bedrooms, you can also enjoy a very private screened-in lanai.
