When you walk into this beautifully appointed lodge you will realize you rented a top notch condo and you will feel like you're at a European ski house. The first unique item you will notice is the "birch tree" just inside the entrance inside the condo. It welcomes you with a quick hug from nature. You will then notice and admire all the detailed wood-work throughout the first floor. Beautiful wood beams frame the tall windows and can be seen all along the interior walls as well. No other rental has such amazing detail.

The living area with its high cathedral ceilings and expansive windows has breathtaking views of the lake and nature just outside. Relax on the sofa and chairs situated right near the fire-place for those cold winter nights. The unique decor continues as you will notice a toboggan and a sled hung on the wall to let you know this is a ski house.

The dining room continues the theme as the wood work is extended in the furniture and walls with even more beauty.

The renovated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful Cherry wood cabinets an all you need to create that wonderful family meal when necessary.

The Master Bedroom is situated on the second floor where you will have privacy and great views of the lake from the balcony at the top of the staircase. It has a king bed and a smart TV for your pleasure.

The 2nd bedroom is located on the first floor and comes with two twin beds (each with a trundle, allowing 4 additional guests sleeping arrangements) and a smart TV. IMO its best for KIDS not adults. The owner has created wall art using 4 tennis rackets which again makes this unit unique and lodge-like!

Both 1st and 2nd floor bathrooms have been remodeled to offer luxurious accommodations throughout your stay, including a deep soaking tub and spa-like showers.

Outside you will have use of a large storage closet just underneath the stairs. It can store lots of skis and boards and about 4 mountain bikes.

So if you're looking for a place to stay after a day of winter or summer activities this 2 bedroom condo is a top choice.

• No pets of any kind are allowed in the condo or on the community grounds
• No events or large gatherings in the condo or on the community grounds
• Guest who is executing the booking must be at least 24 years old. If you are a group of friend’s then all guests must be 24 year old or older.
• No food or drink other than water is allowed in the bedrooms
• No locals can book a stay unless they communicate with us before a booking is executed
• No more than 6 guests can be in the condo or on the community grounds
• All guests must agree to the community rules posted within the community
• Guest understands this is a self-check in rental and guest agrees they are willing and able to follow the self-check in procedures that will be provided to them before the arrival date.

ALL ARE WELCOME:

• "We welcome all races, religions, LGBT+ and everyone else, however, since we don't stay on the property, we don't host guests under the age of 24 unless accompanied by older family members."

If you find issues with the condo upon arrival or during your stay we need to know about it so we can address. If you tell us after the stay we did not have the opportunity to fix it so we will not accept and refund request.

Out condos are equipped with noise and smoke monitoring devices. If you smoke or have a party/loud music you will be kicked out and will pay the necessary fines plus loss off deposit and no refund. Please respect the house rules.
