Enjoy shopping, restaurants and theme parks, all just minutes away. Relax by the private swimming pool with a cool drink and grill a steak or cook a gourmet meal in the very well equipped kitchen. Tuscan Ridge is a quiet and safe community in the heart of Davenport.

The Space:
SMALL dog friendly. ABSOLUTLEY NO CATS!!! $150 non refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum 1 dog under 20 pounds. ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT. Please contact host if you plan to bring a pet.

This home does not have a pool heater.

There is no fee to use the BBQ grill. Management does not maintain propane. You are responsible for filling the propane tank. You must clean the grill after use or be charged $100.
