Pleasant and well-maintained vacation home, a terraced house in the small village of Chiusavecchia, about 12 km from the center and the beautiful beaches of Imperia, a charming coastal town on the Italian Riviera. This is the right place for a vacation full of relaxation, sports and sea. Chiusavecchia is located in the first hinterland of Liguria, far from the hustle and bustle and the rhythm of the big city. For bike lovers: in the immediate vicinity is the beautiful bike path that goes from San Lorenzo to Ospedaletti along the famous coastal park of the Italian Riviera. Near the town of Sanremo (50 km) there is an 18-hole golf course open all year round. For trekking enthusiasts there are several trails through the Ligurian Alpine Park. The house is equipped with a closed storage room for bicycles and on the first floor there is also a nice and cool stone cellar equipped for meals in summer. Attention: access to the parking lot near the house through a narrow (about 2.50 m wide) section of road with a sharp bend.
